Jackie is a life long resident of Greenwood and Leflore County, MS. He is married to the former Angela Mitchell of Minter City, MS. They have a daughter Allie and a son
Jack III. He and his family are members of North Greenwood Baptist Church.
Jackie enjoys Bass Fishing, hunting, spending time with his wife and children.
Jackie is also the owner of Sims & Rice Htg., & Air of Greenwood of Greenwood.
He is a member of the Greenwood Leflore Chamber of Commerce, and The Greenwood Board of Realtors where he has served as President.
